How do I use my phone
card account once I purchase it?
Upon purchasing a phone card
from Dunyatelecom.com, you will receive an email
message providing you with a toll-free access number
and local numbers, PIN number and a customer service
number. Simply, call the toll-free access number
or the local number (additional charges may apply
when calling the local number, check with your cell
phone service provider or local phone company),
enter your PIN (no need to enter the pin if you
have registered your phone number while opening
your account) and then dial the phone number of
the person you are calling.

Is my online transaction
secure?
Yes. All online transactions
at Dunyatelecom.com are handled with the industry
standard SSL encryption and our identity is insured
up to 10000 USD by http://www.comodogroup.com/ for
your protection. This ensures that your credit card
information is kept confidential and your order
remains secure.

What is your return policy?
Dunyatelecom.com will be happy to refund any unused
portion of the phone card acount immediately upon
request.

When will my account credit
expire?
Unlike most of the phone service providers, your
credit/account will never expire with us.

What are the acceptable
methods of payments?
Dunyatelecom.com accepts all major credit
cards (and debit cards with the following logos)
including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express. If you do not have a credit card or debit
card, you can still purchase a phone card from Dunyatelecom.com
by sending a check or a money order to: (if
you are paying by money order or check, minimum
amount is 20 USD)

I lost my password! How
do I retrieve it?

It will be emailed to you within 2 minutes. If you
do not recieve it within 5 minutes, you can call
us at our customer service 1-888-474-6925.

How do I use the pinless
dialing option?
Dunyatelecom.com
offers the convenience of pinless dialing. Automatic
Number Verification allows you to use your DunyaTelecom
phone card without entering a PIN. You can register
up to six 50 different phone numbers, per PIN, from
which you use this service-home, office, mobile,
etc. When making calls from these registered numbers,
dial your access number and then dial your destination
number; no PIN is necessary. However, a PIN will
be supplied so you can still receive DunyaTelecom’s
great low rates when making calls from non-registered
phones. To register your phone numbers, log into
your account.
Please note that a specific phone number can be
registered to only one (1) DunyaTelecom PIN. Once
a phone number is registered, the system will recognize
this DunyaTelecom PIN when you dial the access number.
PINs from other DunyaTelecom calling cards, will
not be recognized unless the option for the original
PIN is disabled first.
